Recently, Heirlooms, Hospice of the Red River Valley’s upscale, resale store, was featured by Faces of Main Street, whose goal is to tell the story of all 28 million small businesses.
Heirlooms is the first—and currently the only—small North Dakota business featured by them.

Why Heirlooms was started
“We opened Heirlooms, an upscale resale store, as an additional revenue source for Hospice of the Red River Valley, the non-profit it supports. Hospice of the Red River Valley is an independent, community-owned hospice that has been serving patients and families in North Dakota and Minnesota since 1981. We exist for one purpose: to provide comfort, dignity and respect at the end of life. Heirlooms helps us increase hospice awareness and build relationships with members of our community. It’s also an avenue for our supporters to give back to the organization by volunteering their time or donating goods for resale.”
