Masonic Lodge No. 157 in Perham, Minn., raised $3,820 for Hospice of the Red River Valley. In December, the lodge hosted a booth at the New York Mills Christmas Tree Festival and sold angels for a suggested donation of $5 per angel.

The donation will be used to provide compassionate end-of-life care and support to those in Perham and the surrounding communities.

“We’re so grateful to Masonic Lodge No. 157 and the residents of Perham and surrounding communities for their generous support of our organization,” said Erin Hagen, development officer with Hospice of the Red River Valley. “Funds raised from the event are essential in ensuring we can continue to provide essential end-of life care and grief support to patients and families.”

The Perham Masonic Lodge was founded in 1884.
