Training: Honoring Their Choices

This presentation will help attendees understand the clinician’s perspective on death and what patients want at end-of-life. Attendees also will learn how to have the conversation about and understand the difference between an advance directive, a living will, a health care agent and a durable power of attorney.

Intended Audience This activity is most appropriate for nurses, social workers and case managers.

Continuing Education This one-hour program is approved for one (1) continuing education hours for nurses and social workers.
