The public is invited to Hospice of the Red River Valley’s upcoming Lunch and Learn. Lunch and Learns are held on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November.
Upcoming Session
Hospice of the Red River Valley’s upcoming Lunch & Learn session will be on Tuesday, May 13, from 12:00 – 1:00pm. Elizabeth Nawrot, Ph.D., Certified Executive Coach and Dean of the College of Science, Health and the Environment at Minnesota State University Moorhead, will present “Recognizing Alzheimer’s: 10 Warning Signs.”
Attendees will Learn:
- How to identify common dementia warning signs.
- Strategies for discussing memory concerns.
- The importance of early detection and diagnosis.
- Available tests, assessments and Alzheimer’s Association resources.
Continuing Education
Hospice of the Red River Valley is an approved provider of continuing education for social workers in North Dakota. This program will be awarded one Social Work Ethics CEU credit.

This Lunch and Learn will be held virtually/online. Attendees will receive a link for the online meeting upon registration.
