Your Grief is Your Grief – Everyone is Unique

April 9 | 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Often well-meaning friends and family try to compare their own grief to yours and may even tell you how to grieve. While they are trying to help, we know that everyone’s grief is unique to their own relationship and their own loss. This class gives you not only coping hints, but the permission to grieve in your own time and in your own way.
