Hospice of the Red River Valley Offers Free Virtual Grief Support Groups in 2021

Hospice of the Red River Valley announces its 2021 grief support group offerings. All groups are offered virtually until it’s safe to meet in person again. Our support groups offer attendees a safe, supportive environment for sharing their grief and learning from others who have experienced a loss through death.

  • Grief Journeys for Adults: For anyone 18 years and older who has experienced a loss through death. Three Options: Second Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8 p.m., fourth Tuesday of each month from 1-2:30 p.m. and second Thursday of each month from 1:30-3 p.m.
  • Grief Journeys for Widows: For women who have experienced the death of a partner. Two Options: First Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8 p.m. and third Tuesday of each month from 1-2:30 p.m.
  • Pregnancy and Infant Loss: For anyone who has experienced the death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth or in the first year of life. Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8 p.m.
  • Life & Pregnancy After Loss: For anyone who is pregnant or has given birth to a living baby after previously experiencing pregnancy or infant loss. Meets the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8 p.m.

All virtual support groups offered by Hospice of the Red River Valley are free and open to the public. Virtual grief support groups are free and open to anyone; registration is required.
