Choice Bank’s Go Hawaiian for Hospice lunch fundraiser, held July 27 in Fargo, generated $51,274 for Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Attendees of the luau-style lunch enjoyed a roast pig, potato chips, pineapple, Hawaiian punch and a frozen treat. The event also featured a memorial wall where guests honor and remember their loved ones. Approximately 600 people attended the event.

“We are so grateful for the Choice Bank team and their commitment to helping raise critical funds for Hospice of the Red River Valley. This donation ensures our community members have access to high-quality end-of-life care,” said Deb Gemar, director of marketing and development for Hospice of the Red River Valley.

The money raised provides care for patients and their families and supports Hospice the Red River Valley’s grief support services, as well as other non-reimbursed needs.

Thank you to Choice Bank, and all those who donated, attended and volunteered!
