November 2022 Lunch and Learn: How to Help a Grieving Friend

The public is invited to Hospice of the Red River Valley’s upcoming Lunch and Learn as we continue to explore topics related to end-of-life care. Lunch and Learns are held on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November from noon-1 p.m. Due to COVID-19, the events are held virtually.
Upcoming Session
The next session will be held Tuesday, November 8, from noon-1 p.m. Jennifer Messelt, LMSW, LGSW, HRRV Grief Specialist, will present “How to Help a Grieving Friend.”
In this collaborative session, participants will:
- Explore common grief reactions.
- Understand ways to support someone who is grieving.

Continuing Education
Hospice of the Red River Valley is an approved provider of continuing education for social workers in North Dakota. This program will be awarded 1 contact hour.
Locations
This Lunch and Learn will be held virtually/online. Attendees will receive a link for the online meeting upon registration 24 hours prior to the presentation.
